There is a great point in the book "The Second Leg Down" about a brief period of time where it is possible to predict disaster. There is a "window of predictability, and the fog of uncertainty lifts just before something really awful is about to happen..." This signal often arrives in the form of chaotic price action and very odd market behavior. Unfortunately, I think this admin has really DDOS'd that signal.
