Prerequisites
- Runs on OKX Onchain OS — make sure the OnchainOS CLI is installed and your Agentic Wallet is set up.
- Hold USDC in your OKX Agentic Wallet
- Requires internet access to Polymarket services (clob.polymarket.com).
When to Use This Skill
Use this skill when the user:
- Wants to bet on who will win an election, a sports game, or whether a crypto price target will be hit
- Asks to check the current odds or prices on a Polymarket prediction market
- Wants to place a prediction trade and have the agent handle everything (order type, pricing, gas)
- Needs to move USDC from another chain (like Ethereum or Solana) into Polymarket to start trading
- Wants to cash out a winning position or check how their existing bets are doing
How It Works
You tell your agent what you want to bet on — for example, "Put $50 on the Democrats winning the next election." The agent searches Polymarket for matching markets, checks the current odds, and shows you the price before doing anything.
Once you confirm, it picks the right order type for your trade. Want to set a specific price? It places a limit order that waits on the book. Want in right now at whatever price is available? It uses a fill-or-kill order that executes instantly or cancels. You can also set orders that expire before an event starts, so you never get stuck in a stale position.
If your USDC is on Ethereum, Arbitrum, Solana, or any of 15+ supported chains, the agent bridges it to Polygon automatically — you do not need to switch networks or use a separate bridge. All trades go through Polymarket's gas-free relayer, so you pay zero transaction fees. When a market resolves, the agent can redeem your winnings back to your wallet.
